1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

The Konceptuals ("we", "us") provides online medical question banks, mock exams, flashcards and related study tools (the "Service"). These Terms & Conditions, together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the agreement between you and us when you create an account or buy access.

2. What you are buying

The Service is digital content. When you pay, you buy time-limited access to the question banks or topic packs you selected, for the access period shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Access is delivered electronically and starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Purchases are one-off payments; access does not auto-renew and no further charge is made unless you buy again.

No physical goods are supplied. Question banks are exam-preparation and learning aids; they do not guarantee any exam result.

3. Your account is personal

Your account and login details are for you alone. You must not share them, let anyone else use your access, or log in from many different locations or devices to let others use the Service. We may record login activity (date, time, IP address and browser) to protect accounts and to enforce this rule.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been compromised.

4. Fair use and intellectual property

All questions, explanations, images and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you for your own personal study only. You must not copy, scrape, screenshot in bulk, republish, resell, share or redistribute the content, use bots or automated tools to extract it, or use it to train software or AI systems.

If we reasonably believe you have broken this section, we may suspend or end your access without refund.

5. Payments

Payments are taken in pounds sterling (GBP) by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout and any discount code is applied there. You will receive a payment receipt from Stripe and a confirmation email from us.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is shown in full on the Refund Policy page. In short: a refund is available only if you ask within 72 hours (3 days) of paying and you have not used the product beyond a brief evaluation. After that, fees are non-refundable.

If you have a problem with a payment or with the Service, please contact us at help@thekonceptuals.com first. A chargeback or card dispute is not a substitute for contacting us. If a payment is disputed with your bank or card issuer, we will give the bank and Stripe our records of your account, including your signed agreement to these Terms, your login history and your study activity, and we may suspend access while the dispute is open.

7. Medical and educational disclaimer

The Service is for education and exam preparation. It is not medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about the care of real patients. Guidelines change; always check the current official guidance.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve or correct content at any time. We may change these Terms for future purchases; the version that applies to you is the one you accepted, which we keep on record.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the access in question.
